R-U administration claims to have taken several measures to maintain secrecy and security of examination papers, but there seems to be glaring loopholes.

The BSc second year paper for physical chemistry was conducted on March 22, but it came up that the papers was being sold to students in the market. The administration cancelled the paper and registered an FIR with Gandhi Nagar police station.

The R-U administration decided to conduct the exam again on March 30, but making a mockery of the examination system, the paper was reportedly leaked once again. It was distributed through WhatsApp.

After paper leak on March 30 came to the notice of the R-U administration, the matter was forwarded to the university’s high power committee for investigation.

A Gandhi Nagar police station official said that they are investigating the paper leaks. “We are trying to find out where the WhatsApp message was generated for distributing the paper. The investigation will take time, but we will surely reach the culprit,” the officer said.
