Rajasthan Housing Board registers its 100th project with RERA

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Housing Board achieved a significant milestone with the registration of its 100th project with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
Housing Board Commissioner, Pawan Arora, congratulated and encouraged the divisional team on this achievement at the Divisional Headquarters on Wednesday.
Arora emphasized the importance of compliance with RERA in all the division’s projects, stating that the branch was formed for this purpose. He also highlighted the Housing Board’s commitment to strengthening the faith of homebuyers in the organization through RERA compliance.
The 100th project to be registered with RERA was Udyan Apartment in Chaupasni, Jodhpur. Arora stated that after registering 100 projects with RERA, the Rajasthan Housing Board became the largest RERA-registered organization in the country. He credited the leadership of Self Government Minister, Shanti Dhariwal, and RERA Chairman, NC Goyal, for ensuring compliance with RERA in all the division’s projects.
To celebrate this milestone, a small function will be held at the divisional headquarters on Thursday, where RERA Chairman, NC Goyal, will be honoured by the Housing Board. A trophy will also be presented to mark the occasion, along with recognition for the officers and employees who played a key role in achieving this milestone.
