JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has announced an extension of the application deadline for its housing schemes in several cities, including Jaipur and Jodhpur, to April 20. Of the seven schemes launched in Jaipur, the applications for four will be accepted till April 20.

Due to an influx of applications for the Pratap Nagar’s Mahi Apartment and Independent Duplex scheme Greenwood Mansions in Jaipur, the RHB suspended the application process on March 31.

Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora clarified the confusion surrounding the Goods and Services Tax (GST) refund policy. According to Arora, applicants who do not receive a house or flat in the lottery will have their registration fee, including GST, refunded.
