Now book Jaipur Metro for birthday celebration, pre-wedding shoots

Jaipur: The city residents can book Jaipur Metro for celebrating birthdays and for pre-wedding shoots. In a new initiative, the Jaipur Metro administration announced that the city residents can book the Jaipur Metro train online on the official website seven days prior to the event. Apart from birthday ceremonies and pre-wedding shoot, people can book Jaipur Metro to celebrate special individual and family occasions.
There will three categories of Jaipur Metro bookings
- For the booking in the first category, a security deposit of Rs 50,000 will need to be made by the applicant. For booking a Jaipur Metro coach, the fee is Rs 8,000 for the first hours. Rs 5000 per hour will be charged thereafter.
- In the secondary category, a security deposit of Rs 1 lakh will need to be made by the applicant. You can book four coaches of Jaipur Metro. Rs 20,000 for the first hours and Rs 10,000 per hour thereafter.
- In the third category, the advance security deposit amount will be Rs 50,000. People can celebrate the occasion in a stationed metro. Rs 10,000 per hour booking fee for a maximum of 30 people.
“The security deposit will be returned. The person will be charged according to the amount of time the Jaipur Metro coach was used for the occasion or party,” said a senior Jaipur Metro official.
How to book Jaipur Metro
You just have to go to the Jaipur Metro website: transport.rajasthan.gov.in/jmrc for booking Jaipur Metro for pre-wedding shoots or special occasions.
The people can also contact joint general manager (revenue).
“The booking timings are flexible. The coaches can be booked for any length of time throughout the day and evening. The passengers won’t be allowed to enter the coaches booked for special occasions,” said the officer.
The officer added that apart from providing the city residents with a unique platform for celebrating special occasions, the scheme aims at increasing the revenue from Jaipur Metro. This will make the special occasions memorable, he added.
