Direct flights connecting Udaipur with Varanasi and Surat

Jaipur: Two new flights were introduced by the SpiceJet airlines on Friday connecting Udaipur with Varanasi and Surat. The distance will be covered in less than two hours between these cities.

Air Connectivity from Udaipur to Varanasi:
The SpiceJet airlines operated 77-seater Flight numbered 3721Q400, which departed from Udaipur at 3:35 pm and reached Varanasi at 5:15 pm on Friday. Flight numbered 3722 departed from Varanasi at 5:45 pm and arrived in Udaipur at 7:20 pm. This is the first direct flight to be ever introduced from Udaipur to Uttar Pradesh.

Before the operation of this new flight by SpiceJet airlines, the passengers had to change flights to reach Varanasi from Udaipur, which used to take more than 5-6 hours. It takes around 24 hours to cover the distance from Udaipur to Varanasi by train and by road, the time duration is approx. 20 hours.

A total of 77 passengers traveled in the first flight on Friday from Udaipur. Now, the distance from Udaipur to Varanasi can be covered under 2 hours.

A number of pilgrims, students, tourists from Udaipur visit Varanasi from time to time. The tourism sector of Udaipur and Varanasi will also be benefitted by this new operation.
Air Connectivity from Udaipur to Surat:
The Spicejet airlines introduced 77-seater flight numbered 3721Q400, which departed from Udaipur at 2 pm and reached Surat at 3:15 pm on Friday. Flight numbered 3722 departed from Surat at 7.50 pm and arrived at Udaipur at 9:30 pm. A total of 64 passengers traveled in the first flight on Friday from Udaipur.

Before the operation of this new flight by SpiceJet airlines, the passengers had to travel more than 8 hours to reach Surat by road and railways, Now the journey will be completed in 1:40 hours.
