Jaipur: Gandhi Nagar police has arrested two more students for leaking the physics paper of Rajasthan University’s BSc second year examination. The leaked paper had gone viral after these students allegedly uploaded them on social media channels. The police have so far arrested a total of four students. Many other students and a few professors are believed to be under the scanner in connection with the paper leak, sources said.

The students were identified as Tushar Bhatia, a resident of Gandhi Nagar and Ravindra Prajapat, a native of Hindon in Karauli. Both are BSc second year students. Tushar was produced in a court that sent him to three-day police custody. Ravindra will be produced in the same court on Saturday.

“Ravindra and Tushar had uploaded the leaked paper on social media. It went viral. We have booked them under different sections of the IT Act and other laws,” said a police officer.

On Tuesday, the police arrested two students of a Mansarovar-situated private college for leaking the physics paper of Rajasthan University’s BSc second year examination. The BSc students were identified as Harmesh and Maniram Meena.

Police suspect that the students received the physics paper of BSC 2nd year shortly before the exam began. Someone sent them the paper on WhatsApp.
