RU semester exams postponed due to student union programs

Jaipur: The Rajasthan University administration has postponed semester exams which were take place on January 7, 17 and 18. The decision was taken as the exam dates were clashing with some programs being organized by the RU student union including the inauguration of the office of RU student union general secretary. The officials said that the exams will now take place in February.
The new dates for RU semester exams
The PG/professional and MBA course exams which were to be conducted on these dates will now be held on February 6, 7 and 8.
Dual Degree BTech, MTech (Five year integrated course) and MTech (two year course) exams will now be conducted on February 13, 14 and 15.
RU exam controller VK Gupta said that the exams were postponed as the dates were clashing with some student union programs. It is for the second time that the semester exams are being postponed. Earlier the exams were to take place in December, but they were postponed as the RU administration decided to conduct the exams from January 6.
Over 4000 students are to appear in nearly 100 exams of PG semester first and third.
