Jaipur: Right to Education (RTE) provides a great opportunity to parents who can’t afford exorbitant fee charged by private schools in Rajasthan, particularly Jaipur. If your annual income is Rs 1 lakh or less, your child is eligible for free education under RTE. All private schools have to reserve 25% of the total seats for RTE admissions in Rajasthan.

The Rajasthan government has tried to make the process of RTE admissions hassle free for parents. You have two options if you want to apply online:

You can visit this website: http://rte.raj.nic.in/Home/Home.aspx

On the right side of the screen, you will see a ‘Latest News’ widget where education department has uploaded the latest announcement with regard to RTE admissions – 2017.
