National HR Conclave organized at Poornima University in Jaipur

On this occasion, NHRDN Student Chapter was started, which is the first chapter in North India.

National HR Conclave was organized on Saturday at Poornima University (PU), Jaipur

JAIPUR: One day National HR Conclave was organized on Saturday at Poornima University (PU), Jaipur. Leaders from many major industries participated in this conclave on the theme ‘Redefining Industry 4.0: Challenges, Opportunities and Innovation’. On this occasion, NHRDN Student Chapter was also started, which is the first chapter in North India.

Prem Singh, President (Group HR), JK Organization was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the conclave. He congratulated the host Poornima University for starting this student chapter. He said that today’s students will be the future CEOs, MDs and other big positions. He stressed upon the students to be authentic and genuine for their successful career. Dr. Suresh Chandra Padhy, President, Poornima University, welcomed all the guests and described the launch of NHRDN Student Chapter as an important initiative of PU.

Dhananjay Singh, Director General, National HRD Network, said that NHRDN is a big platform for networking and job opportunities, students should take maximum advantage of it. Apart from these, Dr. Ashok Bapna, President, National HRD Network, Jaipur Chapter; S.V. Nathan, Partner & Chief Talent Officer, Deloitte India Pvt. Ltd and Dr. T.V. Rao, Chairman, T.V. Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. also addressed the students. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Manoj Gupta, Pro-President of Poornima University.

Under the conclave, three panel discussions were also organized on the topics ‘Industry 4.0: Shaping the Future of Work’, ‘Soft/Power Skills for Career Success’ and ‘Emerging Industries and Job Market’. In these, industry representatives gave information on topics like future of work, power skills, fast emerging major industries and job market.
