Jaipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in Tonk district of Rajasthan on February 14 ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. He will kick start the election campaign in Rajasthan from Tonk followed by a public meeting in Churu on February 27.
The BJP workers of the region are conducting meetings to make the rally a success. Responsibilities are being allocated to the different teams of party workers for the event.
PM Modi will visit several other constituencies of the state during his election campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2019.
BJP national president Amit Shah will also visit Jaipur before Modi’s visit.
The supporters and workers of the party have started preparations for PM’s visit. The venue and time of the visit are not confirmed yet.
According to senior leader Omkar Singh Lakhawat, the dates for PM Modi’ visit have been confirmed. The venue and time have not been decided yet. The public meeting will be held at the city’s Ambedkar Stadium as assumed by the workers.
The district council will soon receive detailed information related to the PM’s visit, said Omkar Singh.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi will also reach Rajasthan on February 14 to attend an event in Ajmer.
