Jaipur: Judge goes missing, family approaches police

Gajanand Sharma, a senior RJS officer and a judge in the consumers court, reportedly went missing after he left his home in New Nyaya Shikha in Gandhi Nagar on Friday.

Jaipur: Gajanand Sharma, a senior RJS officer and a judge in the consumers court, reportedly went missing after he left his home in New Nyay Shikha area in Gandhi Nagar on Friday.

The family members have registered a missing person’s report with Bajaj Nagar police station in Jaipur. The police have launched a massive search for the judge.

The police had no clue about the judge’s whereabouts till the reports last came in. They were in contact with his friends and family members living in Jaipur and other places.

The missing persons report has been registered by the judge’s son Kuldeep Sharma, who is an advocate. He told the police that his 59-year-old father left home without telling anyone where he was going. Everyone thought he had left home for a morning walk.

But when he didn’t return for hours, they got worried and started enquiring about him. They couldn’t find him on their own following which they approached the police.
