Bharatpur: Man rapes 5-year-old girl, arrested
The accused Brajbhan came to girl’s house in the evening to meet her parents on the occasion of Dussehra Festival. He intentionally sent the father to buy some drinks and mother to bring some food for him.

Jaipur: A 5-year-old girl was raped at her house by his relative at Rajpura Village of Bharatpur in Rajasthan on Friday evening. The accused identified as Brajbhan Singh has been arrested. He has five daughters and two of them are about to get married.
The accused has been identified as Brajbhan Singh, a resident of Vadodara in Gujarat. He had come to meet his relative at Bharatpur. Brajbhan’s mother lives in Rajpura.
The 5-year-old victim’ father had good relations with Brajbhan as her mother and he lived in the same locality. Later, Brajbhan moved to Gujarat after marriage.
According to the police, the accused Brajbhan came to girl’s house in the evening to meet her parents on the occasion of Dussehra Festival. He intentionally sent the father to buy some drinks and mother to bring some food for him.
The minor girl was playing at the house. The accused raped the girl in absence of her parents. The accused then fled from the spot.
When the girl parents returned, they realized what had happened. They lodged an FIR with the police.
Police arrested the accused Brajbhan after the incident. An FIR has been lodged against him under The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. He will soon be presented before the special POCSO court for the crime.
