Assistant Professor exam: Internet shutdown in Ajmer, Kota

JAIPUR: Rajasthan Public Service Commission will conduct the Assistant Professor, PTI and Librarian Exam-2023 on Sunday.

The exam will be held in multiple districts including Ajmer and Kota. To ensure exam integrity, internet shutdowns have been ordered for three hours in these districts. This may cause inconvenience to the general public.

Previously, internet shutdowns during exams have caused problems for people. Digital payment services and online platforms are disrupted. Despite these measures, exam papers have still been leaked.

The Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor Examination – 2023 (College Education Department) will take place from 12 pm to 2 pm on Sunday. The internet will be closed from 11 am to 2 pm to maintain confidentiality.

During this time, various internet services including social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook will be temporarily unavailable. But voice calls and data services will continue as usual.

Around 1,98,000 candidates have applied for the examination. Admit cards can be downloaded through the official website or by logging into the Citizen App portal using application number and date of birth.

Candidates must bring their original Aadhar card or other valid photo identity cards for identification at the examination center.

Section 144 has been implemented around Rajasthan Public Service Commission office in Ajmer to prevent gatherings or protests within a restricted area of ​​300 meters.
