65 IPS officers transferred in Rajasthan

Six officers have received promotions to IPS after being transferred.

JAIPUR: The state government has transferred 65 officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS), including nine DIGs and SPs of 39 districts. Two IPS officers have been given additional charge.

The transferred officers include Preeti Chandra, who has been appointed as Additional Commissioner, DCP Traffic Jaipur, and Dr. Vikas Pathak, who has been appointed as IG Police Personnel.

Ajay Singh has been appointed as DIG, Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Yogesh Yadav as DIG CID CB, and Manish Aggarwal as DIG Armed Battalion.

Six officers have received promotions to IPS after being transferred. Deshmukh Parish Anil, who was previously the SP of Sikar district, has been appointed as DIG SOG.

Vikas Sharma has been appointed as DIG SSB, Dr. Rajiv Prachar as DIG Intelligence, Yogesh Dadhich as DIG SOG, Manoj Kumar as DIG Civil Rights, and Rajendra Kumar as DIG SDRF.

In Jaipur Commissionerate alone, five newDCPs have been appointed: Surendra Singh to the post of DCP Crime; Rajesh Kumar Yadav to the post ofDCP Head Quarter; Kavendra Singh Sagar to the post ofDCP Jaipur City (East); Digant Anand to the post ofDCP Jaipur City (South); and Amit Kumar to the post ofDCP Jaipur City (West).

Four new DCPs have also been appointment in Jodhpur Commissionerate: Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav to the post of DCP West; Rajan Dushyant to fthe post of DCP Head Quarter; Sharad Chaudhary to the post of DCP Traffic Monica Sen have been appointed to the post of DPC East in Jodhpur Police Commissionerate.
