34 IPS officers transferred in Rajasthan; Alok Kumar Vashishtha is new Jodhpur police commissioner

Ashok Kumar Rathore who was earlier posted as Jodhpur commissioner has been transferred as IG, SOG. He will replace Dinesh MN.

Jaipur: In yet another major reshuffle, the Rajasthan government on Thursday night transferred 34 IPS officers. It is the second IPS officer transfer list in the past one week. Earlier, 75 IPS officers were transferred by the government.

One of the key transfers was that of Alok Kumar Vashishtha who has been posted as Jodhpur police commissioner. Ashok Kumar Rathore who was earlier posted as Jodhpur commissioner  has been transferred as IG, SOG. He will replace Dinesh MN.

IPS officer Rajeev Kumar Sharma has been posted as ADG, crime specifically for economic offences and cyber crime cases. Anand Kumar Srivastava has been posted as IG, Kota, Malini Agarwal as IG, Bharatpur, Biju Jorge Joseph as IG, Ajmer, Vishal Bansal as IG, Udaipur range, Dinesh MN as IG, Bikaner and Vijay Kumar (VK) Singh as IG, Jaipur range.
