‘Management Fest-2024’ organized by Hitech Services and Solutions in Jaipur
JAIPUR: Hitech Services and Solutions recently organized the ‘Management Fest-2024’ at Hotel Royal Orchid in Jaipur.
The event aimed to provide career counseling for students with representatives from 30 top universities across the country.
Ramratan Maheshwari, CEO of Hitech Services and Solutions, expressed his satisfaction with the enthusiastic response from students who sought guidance on MBA, PGDM, and other management courses.
During the fest, experts advised students on choosing beneficial courses after graduation. They emphasized considering factors such as infrastructure, academics, placement records, and academic collaborations when selecting a management institute. MBA and PGDM courses received significant attention from attendees.
A total of 30 universities took part in the Management Fest including ISMR-Pune, Chitkara University-Chandigarh, Mahindra University-Hyderabad,PBS-Pune , Chanakya University-Bagaluru , Parul University-Vadodara , SRM University-Ghaziabad,S RM University-Sonipat,S GT University-Gurugram , IIHMR-Manipal,JNU,Taxila,and AmityUniversity – Jaipur.
Motivational speakers Shankar Muralidharan and Siddharth Rajhans also provided guidance to students during the event.
They said that pursuing management education should not solely be driven by securing high-paying jobs but rather developing essential managerial skills. Starting a startup without fearing failure was encouraged as it provides valuable life lessons necessary for success in any field.
