Their video showing them in a compromising situation in a swimming pool in the presence of the lady constable\u2019s 6-year-old son had gone viral following which both were booked under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video was made at a resort near Pushkar on July 10. Both had gone to the resort to celebrate the birthday of the lady constable\u2019s son. The video shows them in a compromising situation in a swimming pool. After arresting Saini and the lady constable, the SOG interrogated them for three days. They were produced in the court after their police remand period ended on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources said that chief minister Ashok Gehlot took the matter seriously. He has given his consent to the termination of RSP Saini from the police service. The file seeking approval for termination was sent to the CM by the home department. The file has now been sent to the department of personnel.
