Saini has already been arrested. The woman\u2019s 6-year-old son was in the swimming pool with the constable and DSP. Both were earlier suspended, but sources said that they could not be expelled from service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A SOG team visited the lady constable\u2019s residence on Sunday. After interrogating him for a few hours, she was taken into custody. She was later booked under various sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act and arrested. She will be produced in court on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has come up during preliminary investigation that it was the child\u2019s birthday on the day when the video was shot in a swimming pool of a resort in Pushkar. The investigation officers were appalled at the way the child\u2019s mother and her paramour celebrated his birthday. The child was subjected to lewd activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Six cops have been suspended in the matter so far. These include Jhotwara ASP Harishankar Sharma, Kuchaman CO Motaram Beniwal, Kalwar police station in-charge Gurudutta Saini and Chitawa police station in-charge Omprakash Meena. Sources said that chief minister Ashok Gehlot has taken the matter seriously.
