Dr Gupta was demanding the bribe to conduct a piles surgery. It is for the second time that the doctor has been arrested on corruption charges. Earlier in 2014, he was caught taking a bribe of Rs 15,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One Bihari Lal Koli registered a complaint against Dr Gupta. In the complaint, he stated that the doctor was demanding Rs 3,000 from him for a piles operation. He had already taken Rs 1,000 from him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After verifying the complaint, the ACB led a trap under the supervision of Bharatpur Add SP, ACB Prameshwar Lal. The doctor was caught red-handed, officials said. He allegedly manhandled the ACB team when they tried to get the money from his pocket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Gupta was suspended in 2014 after the first ACB trap. However, he was reinstated in 2018. &nbsp;The department enquiry was still pending against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ACB has registered an FIR under relevant sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act against Dr Gupta. He was taken into custody and later arrested.
