More relief for the patients of this deadly disease on the way as another consignment of 3,000 vials will reach Jaipur late on Saturday. With the arrival of such a large quantity of drugs, the patients suffering from black fungus in the state can heave a sigh of relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RMSCL MD Alok Ranjan said that the central government has provided 13,500 vials to Rajasthan. This is the largest consignment of the medicine ever received by the government. The state government also acted swiftly and received 2,350 vials from the manufacturer immediately. Charter planes were flown to Jaipur to transport the consignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About 3,000 vials are being procured from Cadila Pharma. The vials will reach Jaipur late on Saturday. Another consignment of 9,000 vials will reach Jaipur within the next two days in special cold storage containers. In total, the state will get 14,350 vials in just three days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have already placed orders for the purchase of 10,000 lipid amphotericin injections as an alternative arrangement,\u201d the MD said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state was facing acute shortage of medicines used in the treatment of black fungus which has severely affected many Covid-19 patients.
