Now it has been extended for two years, according to Divya Ashirvad Properties (Pvt) Limited Director Anil Wadhwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management had applied for the NOC for the first time in October 2012. The civic body issued the NOC for the building made up of a lower basement, lower ground, upper ground, and five floors. The total height of the building for which the NOC was issued was 23.75 meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JMC conducted physical verification of the building which is at the final stages of completion. After finding the progress satisfactory and all the fire-fighting equipment in place, the NOC was extended for two more years. The NOC will need to be renewed in 2023 now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"700\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/jalsa-mall-noc-xlxl222.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8789\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/jalsa-mall-noc-xlxl222.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/jalsa-mall-noc-xlxl222-300x229.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption>NOC received by Jalsa Mall management<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The same conditions that applied in the NOC issued in 2012 will remain in effect, as per the JMC order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mall had recently cleared another legal hurdle when a release order was issued by the stamps a registrar department. In the order dated March 31, the Deputy Registrar, First stated that Jalsa Mall has been freed from all liens with regard to stamps and registry fee after the developer paid Rs 14.80 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese are very positive outcomes. We have been trying to get all legal and administrative hurdles cleared. We are now ready to give investors possession of shops and offices that they purchased in the mall.
