The raids were carried out simultaneously at 28 different places belonging to two property developers and a jeweller. The I-T teams consisted of over 200 officials and employees of the department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources said that different places in Civil Lines, Ajmer Road, Amer Road, Jal Mahal, Brahmapuri and several other areas were searched during the raids. According to preliminary reports, the two property developers are Gokul Kripa Builders and Chordia Group. The other business group is Silver Art Place owned by Navratan Agarwal; however, the I-T department officials are yet to confirm the identity of the businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents and revenue records were seized from 28 places belonging to these business groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, over 100 guards accompanied the I-T department teams for security. The raids started early in the morning and continued till late night. The I-T officials were yet to confirm whether any documents suggesting tax evasion were recovered or not.
