The court remanded them in judicial custody. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court remanded Neeraj Meena who was demanding a bribe of Rs 38 lakh in the name of Dausa SP Manish Agarwal in two-day police custody. Senior ACB officials said that he would be quizzed about his connections with an IPS officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ACB has seized the mobile phone belonging to IPS officer Manish Agarwal who was earlier posted as SP, Dausa. The ACB officials are examining call records to determine if Neeraj was in direct contact with the IPS officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DG ACB BL Soni told media persons that the role of Manish Agarwal is under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner of the road construction company had approached the ACB and registered a complaint stating that senior police and administration officials were demanding bribes from him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In lieu of clearing files that authorized handing land acquired for the construction of highways from farmers over to the complainant, the police and administration officials of Dausa district were demanding bribes, he alleged.
