The matter will come up for hearing in the Supreme Court on Monday. \u00a0The Speaker is unlikely to take any action until the Supreme Court hearing completes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rajasthan high court had completed the hearing into the petition filed by Sachin Pilot camp against the disqualification notice. The disqualification notice was issued by the Speaker when Pilot and 18 other MLAs didn\u2019t attend the Congress legislative party meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The political turmoil began in Rajasthan on July 10 when the Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG) arrested two people and suspected their involvement in a conspiracy to topple the state government. SOG issued notice to Gehlot and Pilot for questioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miffed over this, Pilot and some MLAs went to Delhi. Gehlot called a legislative party meeting, but when Pilot and other MLAs didn\u2019t attend, he lodged a complaint with the Assembly Speaker. On July 14, the Speaker issued a notice to 19 MLAs including Pilot seeking explanation as to why they should not be disqualified for ignoring the party whip.
