Jaipur: Panic gripped Jhotwara area on Sunday when two men shot at a history-sheeter \u2013 identified as Pradeep Yadav – inside an office in broad daylight. Pradeep sustained bullet injuries on his shoulder. He was rushed to a hospital where his condition is stated to be out of danger. Pradeep has over a dozen criminal cases registered against him with Jhotwara police station. Police officials said that a search has been launched for the shooters who have been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pradeep, a resident of Sahajpura have an office near his\nhouse. He was sitting in the office around 5.30 pm when two bikers wearing\nhelmets came there. They stayed inside the office for nearly 10 minutes. Some\nchildren playing outside heard gunshots. They also saw the bikers rushing out\nof the office and then getting away on their bike. Some local residents entered\nthe office they found Pradeep in a pool of blood. A team from Jhotwar police\nstation rushed Pradeep to SMS Hospital where he is undergoing treatment. Though\nPradeep has several criminal cases registered against him, no fresh FIR was\nlodged in the past three years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
