After the husband, Ayaz Ahmed Ansari (26), was arrested for the crime, he allegedly told the police that Naina would stay busy with her phone all the time and he was suspicious that she might have an affair. Ahmed strangled her to death after calling her to as isolated place near Jaipur-Delhi National Highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"540\" height=\"456\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/naina-manglani-reshma-lxlws2.jpg\" alt=\"Naina Manglani murder\" class=\"wp-image-7806\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/naina-manglani-reshma-lxlws2.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/naina-manglani-reshma-lxlws2-300x253.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><figcaption>Naina Manglani alias Reshma<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Naina and Ahmed had met two years ago and their friendship\nturned into an affair. Since both were from different religions, they solemnized\nmarriage twice as per Hindi and Muslim rituals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police commissioner Anand Srivastava said that Ahmed accused\nhis wife of using Facebook excessively. It led to marital discords and they\nstarted living separately. Naina had threatened that she would seek divorce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahmed is a resident of Kho Nagaurian area and works in a finance\ncompany. Naina alias Reshma was a resident of Jaisinghpura Khor. The family\nmembers didn\u2019t give their consent to their relationship so that they eloped from\ntheir homes and got married in Ghaziabad in October, 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naina\u2019s family members relented and the wedding was solemnized again as per the Muslim rituals after the couple returned to Jaipur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The couple had a son three months ago. \u201cNaina bought a flat\nin Kalwar Road area and Ahmed also moved in. Ahmed started getting suspicious\nof Naina after checking out her Facebook page,\u201d said the officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday, Ahmed asked Naina to come to Ramgarh Mod on the pretext of sorting out differences. He made her consume beer. They went to Amer hills on a scooty. There he strangled her to death and smashed her face and head with a stone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahmed went to his uncle\u2019s house after the murder.
