Four terror suspects have been convicted. The\nfirth suspect was acquitted for the lack of evidence. The court will pronounce\nthe quantum of sentence on December 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who were convicted are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mohammed Saif, (convicted for blast case registered\nwith Manak Chowk police station)<\/li><li>Sarvar Azami, (Convicted for blasts at Chandpole\nHanuman temple)<\/li><li>Saif-ur-Rahman (Phoolon Ka Khanda blast)<\/li><li>Mohammed Salman (Sangeri Hanuman temple blast)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the terror accused \u2013 Shahbad \u2013 was acquitted for the lack of evidence\nagainst him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prosecution presented 1272 witnesses. The testimonies were completed in\nJune 2019. After hearing the final arguments, the special Jaipur blasts cases\ncourt pronounced judgement on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heavy police force was deployed in and around the court premises to maintain\nlaw and order and ensure security of the blast accused. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of eight cases registered with Manak Chowk and Kotwali police\nstations in connection with these blasts. The Rajasthan ATS investigated the\ncase and filed chargesheet against the five accused who were arrested. They are\nShahbaj Hussain, Mohammed Saif, Sarvar Azami, Saif-ur-Rahman and Salman. Four\nothers \u2013 Shadab, Aariz, Mohammed Khalid and Sajid are yet to be tried for the\nterror act. Mohammed Aariz was arrested by Delhi police, but the Rajasthan\npolice didn\u2019t seek his remand from their Delhi counterpart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rajasthan high court had set up a special court for the trial in the\nblast cases.
