When it\ncomes to enjoying fun activities in the city, elephant ride and a visit to\nElephant Village are on the top of the to-do list of most tourists. While\nelephant lovers have been enjoying elephant ride at Amer Fort for a long time,\nthey can now give jumbos a bath and feed them with their own hands at Elephant\nVillage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Elephant Village has become a popular tourist\ndestination in Jaipur. We have added some more activities that the tourists can\nenjoy at the village. Now they can feed the elephants and give them a bath,\u201d\nsaid a senior tourist department officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elephant Village entry fee and other charges <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Domestic tourists need to pay Rs 55 and foreign tourists Rs\n320 as entry fee when visiting the Elephant Village. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are charges for some other activities in the village:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Riding \u2013 Rs 400 <\/li><li>Giving elephants a bath: Rs 500 <\/li><li>Feeding Elephants: Rs 500 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The fee for elephant riding at Amer Fort is different from\nthat in Elephant Village. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elephant village timing <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourists can visit the Elephant Village from 11 am to 5.30\npm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAll the 95 elephants used for riding at Amber Fort were\nmedically examined. They were found to be fit and healthy. We have elephants weighting\nabout 3000 kg.
