The Rajasthan Housing Board will introduce the first Chaupati of Jaipur in Pratap Nagar area. The work will begin from Wednesday. Officials said that the foundation stone will be laid by UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal. The work will likely be completed by August, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chaupati will come up over an area of 3780 square meters\nand will house 28 food shops and restaurants. The most popular food brands and\nvenders from all over the state will be allotted shops in the chaupati, according\nto Rajasthan Housing Board commissioner Pawan Arora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project cost is estimated to nearly Rs 420 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe chaupati will have a seating capacity of over 200\npeople. The visitors will enjoy all modern facilities including high-tech\nparking, pure drinking water and washrooms. We believe that Pratap Nagar is the\nperfect place for the chaupati as it is the education hub of the city. More education\nprojects are on the cards, so the chaupati will become popular among student community,\u201d\nsaid a senior housing board official. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The housing board is introducing the chaupati on the lines\nof <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/masala-chowk-in-jaipur-all-you-need-to-know-about-this-famous-food-destination\/\">Masala\nChowk<\/a> located at Ramniwas Bagh which has become a popular hangout place for\nfood lovers. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur: The food lovers will have a new destination in Jaipur to satisfy their taste buds.
