The accused\nhad kidnapped the girl while she was on her way to school and then raped her. He\nkilled her because the girl could identify him. Police said that they would complete\nthe investigation quickly so that the chargesheet could be filed on time and the\ncase gets a speedy trial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused was identified as Mahendra alias Dholya Meena. \u201cHe\nis a truck driver. He has two daughters. One of the daughters is 2 years old,\nwhile the other is 17 years old. His wife had separated from him nearly 10\nmonths ago,\u201d said a police officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer added that Mahendra was consuming alcohol since\nmorning. When he saw the girl walking to her school, he lured her into coming\nwith him by promising her a chocolate. He then raped her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe girl used to call him chacha (uncle) and knew her well,\nso he strangled her to ensure that he is not caught for the crime,\u201d said the\nofficer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident took place in a village of Aligarh area of\nTonk. \u201cThe girl had gone to school and when she didn\u2019t return till late\nafternoon, her family members started searching for her. They informed the\npolice.
