The elevated road will be 2-km long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe elevated road between Narayan Singh Circle and Sethi\nColony is being constructed keeping in view the growing traffic load on this stretch,\u201d\nsaid a senior JDA officer. The officer added that the traffic load on this stretch\nhas increased due to the vehicles entering and exiting the city on Agra Road\nand Delhi Road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by UDH principal secretary Bhaskar\nSawant, self governance department secretary Bhawani Singh Detha, Jaipur\ndistrict collector Jagroop Singh Yadav, JDC T Ravikant and DCP traffic Rahul Prakash.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe traffic congestions due to the vehicles entering from\nDelhi Road and Agra Road will decrease after the construction of this elevated\nroad. We will soon prepare a DPR and issue tenders,\u201d said the officer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal also instructed the officials\nto identify new parking spaces in the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer said that the traders who were allotted land in\nthe New Aatish Market will be asked to vacate their old shops in the Aatish Market\nin the Walled City area to ease traffic load.
