The\nbody of the girl was found in a car bearing a Chandigarh vehicle registration number.\nThe youth was found in an unconscious state next to her. However, he survived\nand is undergoing treatment in a hospital in critical condition. The police suspect\nthat the incident was the fallout of an affair; however, further investigation\nis going on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to preliminary reports, the youth has been identified\nas Govind Soni alias Guddu and the woman as Varsha Soni. Both are residents of\nJhotwara area and live in the same neighbourhood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some people saw the girl lying in a pool of blood in the car\nparked in Sriram Nagar Vistar (Extension) in the morning. They informed the\npolice following which a team was rushed there. According to the officials, the\ngirl had left her home to run some errand when she met the youth. He asked her\nto get into the car and then shot her. He then turned the weapon on himself to\ncommit suicide, however he survived. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHis condition is critical.
