The police on Monday arrested two men from Haryana. One of them belonged\nto Bikaner. They have allegedly confessed to the murder conspiracy and told the\npolice that they were planning to shoot Dudi to death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the police, the accused, identified as\nShyamsundar Bishnoi and Devendra Singh alias Beda alias Dev were arrested in Ellenabad\narea of Haryana. Shyam Sundar belongs to Bikaner, while Dev hails from Haryana.\nTwo guns, eight cartridges and a bike were seized from their possession. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shyam Sundar told the police that he had a case of rape\nregistered against him with Bikaner police. Dudi was supporting the rape survivor\nand helping her family in the case so he wanted to kill him. The arrested duo conducted\nrecee of Dudi\u2019s house and other places belonging to him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShyam Sundar had paid Rs 3.5 lakh to a criminal lodged in a\nPatna jail for six guns and 550 cartridges. Shyam Sundar has a total of six\ncases registered against him with Bikaner and Haryana police. On June 2, he and\nhis aides murdered one Sandeep Saini in Jhunjhunu. Other cases are pertaining\nto theft, rape and Arms Act,\u201d said a senior police officer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conspiracy to murder Dudi was hatched in Bikaner Jail.\nAccording to preliminary reports, Shyam Sundar met some known criminals in Bikaner\nJail including Shankar Lal Jat. His accomplices in Bikaner Jail were to arrange\nfor guns for Dudi\u2019s assassination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShyam Sundar and Dev are being brought to Bikaner from\nSirsa. They will be interrogated.
