His friend \u2013 Vaibhav \u2013 had died\non the spot on August 11 when the mishap occurred. Prajwal breathed his last\nnearly three hours after his sister tied Rakhi to him. The police have arrested\na man, identified as Kailash Chand Saini \u2013 for the accident. Kailash was\ndriving the car and drove it away from the spot after the mishap. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prajwal was resident of Brahmapuri area. He and his friend\nVaibhav were on a bike on their way towards Ramniwas Bagh from JDA Circle when\na car \u2013 coming from Rajapark \u2013hit them. Vaibhav was declared brought dead,\nwhile Prajwal was undergoing treatment at SMS Hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both Prajwal and Vaibhav were CA student. Their results had\nbeen announced recently. They passed the exam. However Vaibhav had died before\nthe results were declared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prajwal\u2019s sister Priyanshi who is pursuing MBA from a\ncollege in Pune \u2013 tied Rakhi to him at 3 pm on Friday. Prajwal succumbed to injuries\nat 6 pm. His body was handed over to his family members after a postmortem\nexamination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have identified the car driver on the basis of CCTV\nfootages and other evidence. Kailash Chand is resident of Dher Ka Balaji.
