The court asked RPSC to remove\none more controversial question from the paper and allow students who clear the\nexam beyond the existing list to appear in the RJS Mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bench of Justice Mohammed Rafeeq and Justice NS Dadhdha\nissued these orders after hearing 33 petitions filed in the matter including the\none by Aarti Meena. The petitions had raised a question mark over as many as 20\nquestions that appeared in RJS pre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The high court bench had completed the hearing in these\npetitions on July 11 and reserved its order. The order says that the candidates\nwho have already qualified for the RJS Mains should not get affected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The high court administration had invited applications for\n197 RJS posts. Over 42,000 candidates applied and nearly 27,000 candidates\nappeared in RJS pre. Of them,&nbsp; 3290\ncleared the exam. The administration received nearly 2900 objections over the\nquestions.
