Jaipur police arrested him from Kota on Saturday. The probe revealed that he had been involved in sexual offenses since he was a teenager. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for rape and with a minor girl in 2014. After he was released on bail in 2015, he started sexually abusing children again. He raped two girls in Shastri Nagar and Nahargarh within a period of just 8 days, causing widespread protests and communal tension in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sikander alias Jeevanu was staying in a rented accommodation\nin Jaisinghpura Khor after being released from bail in 2015. He has allegedly confessed to raping the\n7-year-old girl in Shastri Nagar. He had on June 22 raped a 4-year-old girl in\nGaddha Park of Nahargarh. He was arrested from a tea stall in Kota on Saturday.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n After being released on bail, he was caught red-handed\nabusing two girls by local residents in Bhatta Basti. When a police team\nreached the spot, he attached the policemen with iron rods and escaped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIn 2004, Sikandar took a child to an isolated place on the\npretext of buying him breads. He raped the child and dumped the body in a water\ntank. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for rape and murder, but he was\nreleased on bail in 2015,\u201d said Commissioner of Police Anand Srivastava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added Sikandar has nearly 12 criminal cases registered\nagainst him. He has been put behind bars for six times. He even attempted to\nescape from police custody while being brought to court for hearing. When he was\nreleased on bail, he committed rapes with two girls in Shashtri Nagar and\nNahargarh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The police have recovered two bogus toy pistols from\nSikandar\u2019s room. He used these toys to overpower and threaten children while\nsexually abusing them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The police officials said that they would file a chargesheet\nwithin 10 days to ensure that the victims get a speedy trial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe will finish legal formalities under the case officers\nscheme. A deputy SP rank officer will supervise the trial work,\u201d said the CP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nearly 20 police teams \u2013 consisting of 400 policemen – were\nsearching for the accused man for the past seven days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n When his house was searched, the cops found a dairy.
