For the new academic session 2019-20,\nan increase of 25% in seats has been announced. The total number of seats for\nBTech first year will increase to 888 from 710 with this increase. This will\nenable more number of bright students to apply and get admission in this\npremier engineering institute of Rajasthan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An increase of 10% in seat matrix has been announced in the\nEconomically Weaker Section (EWS) category so that the girl students applying\nfor the reserved seats don\u2019t get affected. The Rajasthan government had introduced\nthis reservation last year to boost the ratio of the girl students in the MNIT.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seventeen percent of the seats will be reserved for the girl\nstudents this academic session. This percentage was 14% last year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe increase in seats will benefit a lot of student looking\nto get admission in MNIT. The total increase in 25% which means that nearly 180\nmore students will be enrolled compared to the last academic year.
