The single\nbench had recently directed RPSC to remove the question number 11 and 22 from\nthe RAS prelims exam 2018 which was conducted on August 5 last year. The court\nhas asked RPSC to release the revised merit list (RAS exam results) after\nremoving the marks for these questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RPSC had sought legal opinion on the matter and decided to appeal before the\ndouble bench. The officials said that the RPSC\u2019s legal team will present the\narguments before the double as to why the revised results should not be issued.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directions were issued by a single bench on Tuesday after hearing a\npetition by Pankaj Raj, Arvind and others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petitioner alleged that question number 11 was wrong as per its\nreference book and question number 22 had more than two correct answers in the\noptions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the officials, the dates for RAS main exam scheduled on June 25\nand June 26 can be affected by this. Also, the students who cleared the RAS pre\nexam may fail and the ones who did not pass can be selected for the RAS mains\nin the revised results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RAS prelims 2018 exam was conducted on August 5 at 1454 centers in\nRajasthan.
