The event will\nconclude on Tuesday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the officials, the train got 80% of advance booking\nworth Rs 20 crore in just one day at the event. The popularity of the train was\nevident amongst the tourists. They were excited to travel in POW as compared to\nthe other luxury trains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 525 cabins, each having the capacity for two\npeople were booked on Monday, added officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CGM of PoW Pradeep Bohra said that the tourists are extended\nall the luxuries during their journey onboard the train. The administration is\ngetting appreciation for the services due to which the train also runs in the\noff-season in April and September. The popularity of the train is now breaking\nadvance booking\u2019s records too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the Palace on Wheels will be renovated with the\nbudget over Rs 7 crore. Amenities and luxuries will be increased to add to the\nconvenience of the tourists. A different look in terms of interiors will be\ngiven to the train, added Bohra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tourists are offered Rajasthan\u2019s signature dish\n\u2018Dal-Baati-Churma\u2019 in the train. Now, they will also be served Jodhpuri Pulao\n(yellow rice) and Gatta Curry, said an official at GITB representing PoW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A team of delegates and foreign market tour operators\nvisited the luxury train at Durgapura railway station of Jaipur on Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Great Indian Travel Bazaar (GITB) is one of the\ncountry\u2019s leading business networking platforms for Inbound Tourism. GITB is\norganized by FICCI in collaboration with Government Of Rajasthan, Ministry of\nTourism and Government Of India. The event started in Jaipur on April 28 and\nwill conclude on Tuesday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details about Palace on Wheels (POW) train:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The\nRajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) has been operating the luxury\ntrain for the last 37 years.
