The project cost is Rs 600\ncrore, said, officials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision was taken to build the ropeway services at the\ntemple a few years ago to felicitate the pilgrims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, the pilgrims have to walk the 848 steps leading to\nthe temple visiting the temple. Soon, they will be riding the cable car to\nreach the temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the officials, the ticket price per person will\nbe Rs 80 including GST for a round trip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Six cable cars will be operated with each having the capacity\nof nine people\u2019, added officials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officials of a Kolkata-based construction company are\nconducting several trials from past few days at Samod temple to make sure that\nthe cable cars are working properly without any inconvenience to passengers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon after the final trial, the ropeway will be thrown open\nfor public, said an official of the temple trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be the third ropeway in the state after Udaipur\nand Jalore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samod\u2019s Veer Hanuman Ji temple is one of the most famous\nreligious places of Rajasthan.
