The work of\npainting and building open-green corridors on the road was started from\nTuesday.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-motorized vehicles such as eRickshaws, bicycles and\nothers will be operated on the green corridors in the near future, said\nofficials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the officials, the green corridor was supposed\nto be developed between footpath and parking earlier, the officials decided to\nchange it. As per the new design, the green corridor will be preceded by\nparking space and footpath near shops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The width of the green corridor is 2.20 meters. It will be\nbuilt on both sides of the market. Its length of one side will probably be 700\nmeters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XEN of smart road project Suresh Beniwal said that the green\ncorridor is being constructed under the guidelines of Indian Roads Congress\n(IRC). No inconvenience will be caused to the traffic police officers. The\nparking will be in a 30-degree angle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traffic division at Kishanpole market road under the smart\nproject: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Normal traffic\nwill run on the width 7.0-meter road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Footpath covering\n1.8-meter width has been built<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A 3.0 width area\nof the road has been allotted to parking space on which cars will be parked at\nan angle of 30 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lastly, a\n2.20-meter width road has been given for Green corridors in which non-motorized\nvehicles will run.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur:&nbsp; A traffic lane system has been developed for the city\u2019s first smart road named Kishanpole Bazaar Road \u2013 under the Smart City Project in the Walled City.
