Jaipur: The North Western Railways (NWR) conducted a\nsuccessful speed trial on Shekhawati route that is from Jaipur to Reengus on\nSunday. The train on this route had been terminated two years ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the trial, it took officials 32 minutes to reach\nReengus from Jaipur and the return journey was completed in an hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The train engine departed from Jaipur Junction at 11:50 am\nand covered a distance of 57 kilometers in 32 minutes with a speed of 127 km\nper hour on Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Several officials along with Deputy CE Manoj Godar, XEN\nRajendra Meena, Avtaar Singh, and Ravi Kulhari were onboard the train. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the officials, CRS inspection will be conducted\non this route under the supervision of newly appointed DRM Manjusha Jain on\nApril 24 and April 25. The trains on this route will start for the public by\nMay end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It took officials an hour to cover the distance from Reengus\nto Jaipur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The train connectivity on this route was terminated for a\nlong time so the speed of the engine was kept slow and the inspection on other\nfactors was done on the return journey, added officials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the near future, the train on this route will run with a\nspeed of 110 km per hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
