{"id":6862,"date":"2019-04-18T17:55:24","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T12:25:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/?p=6862"},"modified":"2019-04-18T17:55:26","modified_gmt":"2019-04-18T12:25:26","slug":"jodhpur-acb-arrests-ras-officer-taking-bribe-of-rs-10000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/jodhpur-acb-arrests-ras-officer-taking-bribe-of-rs-10000\/","title":{"rendered":"Jodhpur: ACB arrests RAS officer taking bribe of Rs 10000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jaipur: The Jodhpur team of Rajasthan Anti-corruption Bureau\n(ACB) arrested a RAS officer identified as ADM II and Additional charges ADM\nIII Vijay Singh Nahata after he was allegedly caught taking a bribe of Rs\n10,000 in Jodhpur on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused RAS officer asked for the bribe of Rs 10,000 from the complainant &#8211; Pappudas &#8211; for directing the orders of land demarcation on his land. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused Vijay Singh Nahata is a native of Jodhpur and is\ncurrently posted as RAS officer on ADM II and additional charges of ADM III. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the ACB officials, the ACB received a complaint\nfrom Pappudas, a resident of Jodhpur. He is a farmer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the complainant, the accused official Vijay Singh\nasked a bribe amount of Rs 10,000 from him for directing the orders of building\nboundary around his land (land demarcation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;After the ACB\nverified the complaint and found it to be genuine, a trap was laid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ACB officials caught RAS officer Vijay Singh red-handed\nwhile accepting the bribe of Rs 10,000 on Wednesday at his office.
