The two leopard cubs were playing with their mother near a water pond on Lane \u2013 1 of the Jhalana Jungle Safari when a wildlife activist spotted them on Sunday. Forest officials said that Leela littered two cubs recently.<\/p>\n<p>The birth of two cubs will boost wildlife tourism at Jhalana Leopard Safari. The number of leopards at Jhalana has gone up to 32.<\/p>\n<p>According to the officials, Leela gave birth to the two cubs in the dense forest area of Jhalana. The two leopard cubs were drinking water near the water pond near Lane \u2013 1 and playing with their mother Leela on Sunday when some wildlife activists spotted them and captured them on camera.<\/p>\n<p>Security arrangements are stepped up in the forest area. The forest department officials are monitoring the movement of cubs.<\/p>\n<p>On February 21, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/jaipur-2-leopard-newborn-cubs-spotted-in-jhalana-number-of-leopard-goes-up-to-29\/\">two leopard cubs were spotted in Jhalana<\/a> forest area at Jaipur near Chulgiri hills with their mother popularly knowns as Jara. Jara is a nine-year-old leopard. The cubs were believed to be 2-3 months old.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, a leopardess named Flora also gave birth to two cubs.<\/p>\n<p>India\u2019s first ever \u2018Leopard Reserve\u2019 was inaugurated at Jhalana forest in Jaipur on the occasion of World Animal Day in October last year.
