He was demanding the bribe to release payment to a railway contractor, ACB officials said adding that the amount was a percentage being demanded as commission.<\/p>\n<p>The accused SSE Rakesh Kumar Meena is a resident of Dholpur district in Rajasthan and was deputed in Agra. He was allegedly demanding bribe from Chandrashekhar Sharma who runs Vidhya construction in Bharatpur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChandrashekhar registered a complaint with the ACB saying that SSE Rakesh was asking for commission to release the payment of work he undertook for the railways. Chandrashekhar\u2019s firm had laid some cables for the railways,\u201d said an ACB officer.<\/p>\n<p>The officer added Rakesh assured Chandrashekhar that his payment would be released promptly and he would get more work in the future if he paid the bribe.<\/p>\n<p>When the complaint was found genuine, a team of Bharatpur ACB laid the trap.
