The city has achieved this position based on the reports of Citizen Feedback, ODF, Solid and Wet waste disposal and public transport.<\/p>\n<p>Indore, which is the cleanest city of the country is down a notch from Dungarpur. The city is now expected to bring pride to the name of the state in the Swachh Survekshan 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Jaipur is at the 252nd position in the country based on its cleanliness, says the report.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of Municipal Council of Dungarpur KK Gupta and his team have achieved this position with their untiring efforts. Gupta sends daily messages of cleanliness to at least five thousand people of the city.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gupta, the city has achieved 100% target related to cleanliness. The city\u2019s 22373 students and their families have been given the responsibility to take care of the different trees in the city. The entire credit of bringing Dungarpur to this place goes to its citizens and youth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Measures that are being taken in Dungarpur for the cleanliness drive:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five teams clean the city in four to five hours at night at different major locations, daily.<\/li>\n<li>Wet and dry waste is collected separately from the houses in the city for which two separate buckets have been provided to every household by the city council.<\/li>\n<li>The wet and dry waste is completely disposed of in the garbage management center, which is situated 5 km away from the city.<\/li>\n<li>Six tons of dry waste and nine tons of wet garbage are collected daily form the city.<\/li>\n<li>Two large RO plants were set up to provide clean water to the city.<\/li>\n<li>Empty plots all over the city are clean. If any garbage is found in an empty plot then the owner gets penalized with Rs 5000.<\/li>\n<li>Two Biogas plants have been set up to make proper use of wet waste and animal sewage, which generates electricity of up to 4 KVA capacity daily.<\/li>\n<li>Every day, 5000 Chapattis are collected from the house through hooper, which is then taken to the cows.<\/li>\n<li>If any complaint comes to the council related to the damaged road light then the respective company gets imposed a fine of Rs 50.
