The duo has not mentioned the reason behind their decision of getting separated after 21 years of love marriage. They pleaded for privacy and said that their decision was mutual.<\/p>\n<p>In a joint statement to the media, Diya Kumari said that it is a personal matter and she will not like to talk about it. Diya confirmed that she with his husband Narendra have decided this with mutual consent and filed for divorce.<\/p>\n<p>The court will hear the case after six months. According to the sources, Diya Kumari will probably write another application to the court requesting to fix the date of the hearing sooner.<\/p>\n<p>Diya Kumari and Narendra Singh in their statement said that it is an extremely personal matter and they would not like to comment further on it.<\/p>\n<p>There were reports before Rajasthan assembly polls 2018 in the state that Diya Kumari is not contesting elections from Sawaimadhopur seat time due to some family issues.<\/p>\n<p>Diya Kumari married Narendra Singh in August 1997 after a courtship. The community opposed their plans for marriage as both were from same Gotra. Despite the opposition and the image of the royal family at the stack, the couple held their ground and tied the knot.
