Jaipur: The results for Kota University student union elections 2018 have been declared. Independent Candidate Chandrashekhar Nagar has been elected as president. The counting of the votes began at 11 am.<\/p>\n

Independent candidate Chandrashekhar Nagar won by a margin of 40 votes. Chandrashekhar defeated ABVP Candidate Shetrapal Singh.<\/p>\n

The supporters of Chandrashekhar Nagar started celebrating as soon as the results were declared. The police didn\u2019t allow students to gather on the campus.<\/p>\n

The counting of votes begins at Kota University and 10 other constituent colleges. The ballot boxes have been transferred to counting booths. The students are early waiting for results.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The voting took place on August 31 and the students\u2019 representatives and their supporters have waiting for Kota University election 2018 results for the past 11 days.<\/p>\n

Police and university administration are looking into security measures during the counting of the votes. Candidates have reached the counting stations.<\/p>\n

According to the students of Kota University, ABVP will possibly dominate the elections this time followed by independent candidates and NSUI.<\/p>\n

The results are expected to come by the evening. After the complete list of elected panels will be out, there will be an oath ceremony for the elected leaders.<\/p>\n

Pinkesh Meena of ABVP won the presidential post by a margin of 114 votes. This time too there are more chances of ABVP candidates to win most of the posts, added students.<\/p>\n

All the eyes are on the candidates of the presidential posts at Kota University. A direct battle is between ABVP candidate Shetrapal Singh and Independent candidate Chandrashekar Nagar.<\/p>\n

The results of government law college will be out first within half hour in Kota as there are only 92 voters, said Principal Dr. RM Qureshi of Government science college.<\/p>\n
