This system is likely to be implemented by December.<\/p>\n<p>People will be able to payments online through Jaipur Discom (JVVNL) mobile app which will be launched by September.<\/p>\n<p>The administration has started preparing for launching these services from December 1 after receiving a go-head from the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>According to Discom CMD RG Gupta, the system has got the approval from the Supreme Court and the work is in progress. The services have already started in other circles and by December it will be implemented in Jaipur circle too. Some people protested this decision and approached the apex court which stayed the monthly billing system.<\/p>\n<p>Principal Secretary Sanjay Malhotra and CMD RG Gupta of Jaipur Discom have also launched e-collection of energy bills through NEFT\\ RTGS services.<\/p>\n<p>Jaipur Discom is all set to start a mobile application for bill payments by September for Jaipur residents.
