The properties include the RTDC hotel at Jaipur\u2019s Khasa Kothi Circle and Udaipur\u2019s Anand Mahal.<\/p>\n<p>Hotels and midways are situated in Jaipur, Udaipur, Alwar\u2019s Behror, Dausa, Mahuwa Shahpura, Talvriksha, Rishabdev, Ratangarh, Dewali, Pindwara, Gulabpura, Nathdwara, Mandawa, Pushkar, and Manahera.<\/p>\n<p>The tourism department has sped up the process for selling the properties after getting a nod from Delhi, sources said.<\/p>\n<p>[quotepost newsno=&#8221;451&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Instead of improving the quality of services and the condition of the properties and marketing them properly, the tourism department has decided to sell them off.<\/p>\n<p>The department has suffered huge financial losses due to vacancies in these hotels.<\/p>\n<p>The department is now planning to sell them before March 31.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur: The department of tourism, Rajasthan will sell 17 government hotels and midways, some of which are heritage properties, by March 31 to reduce financial losses.
